      <description>Peter&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You are hardly ever on.  And people are simply voicing their opinion on the product they have purchased.  They are not being disrespectful, nor are they whining.  Yes Tom has done a lot for us and we all recognize and appreciate that.  We, in return have done a lot for him as well.  It's been a two way street.  It is certainly not your place to chastise anyone in JuJu Play for voicing their opinions.  After all, that is the purpose for having a Forum in the first place.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Respectfully&lt;br&gt;Jamie</description>

      <title>Etiquette?</title>
      <description>Are there any general rules of etiquette?  I get rated by ppl who I've never even spoken to, and they rate me low, which makes my buddy score go down. I'm just wondering if I'm violating an etiquette rule unknowingly.......?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In my opinion, I think when someone adds/rates you, it's nice to do that back for them. And if someone congratulates you on a good deck or achievement, it would be nice to just take a second and tap the thank you button. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What do you all think?  :)</description>

      <title>Off line play</title>
      <description>I was playing for around an hour today offline as i had no internet connection.I usually get credited the Juju points when i log back in,Today was different i completed 12 decks with a total points score of over 110k when i logged back in to live play (online) it asked if i wanted to add to my points i said yes there were no JuJu points added or the 10 badge deck.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Can u please help.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cheers</description>

      <description>Hey Everyone,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Please give Tom a break. He's done an amazing jobb at creating the "BEST" gaming/chat environment in the entire Apple iTouch/iPhone Universe. There are absolutely no other gaming apps that have the complexity of graphics/sound, stats, personal info, chatrooms, etc. in real time game play. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I know this is way off topic, but I just got upset at reading about all the whining and disrespect because of server issues. Yes it can be a pain, but have some respect for Tom. He's done a lot for all of you. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tom, I have no server issues in Los Angeles,CA. I use Apple Airport wi-fi, 3G and Edge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You, Ryan, and Jane are awesome!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for all the good times.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jobb&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <title>RE: Far simpler way to add emoji keyboard</title>
      <description>Thank you so much for the update Area 51Official.  I was hesitant with the other methods as they seemed a little too complicated to me, when I saw your "far simpler way" however it looked like it was pretty easy. Lo and behold, it was! I now have the emoji keyboard unlocked and this is the first keyboard I've run across that doesn't have the option to use it. Again thank you so much, I've already shared with a lot of my friends in juju land and they too are pleased. I wanted to let you know that the egg number has changed, it, as well as the old number, are clearly listed in the little program.&lt;br&gt;Thank you, Trudy </description>

      <description>OK .. finally tracked down the problem. You're not losing any Juju Points, but Blackjack wasn't reporting the win/loss correctly. It's safe to play Blackjack without losing points, and we'll have a fix for the display problem live soon.</description>

      <description>Why not time players and penalise them (individually not teams) for slow play - like in golf! I've been in games where in 20 minutes only three hands have been played. If a player only has one possible card to play could it be played automatically after four seconds (+/- a small random variation so other players won't know the card distribution). The last card should be played immediately and left up for three seconds, so everyone can have a look.</description>

      <description>Unfortunately the server was down for a few hours on Saturday, which while unrelated to the other issues you guys are talking about, will likely end up muddying the waters.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I thought about trying to respond to every single one of these messages, but I don't think that's going to be practical. As such, I'm going to try to respond in general.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I know you guys are frustrated, and I'm taking it very seriously. Unfortunately having someone tell you there's a problem doesn't give you enough information to fix it. I've been trying a number of different things with mixed results, and I'm going to continue to try things. At this point, I've done everything I can with the information I have and it's not enough so I need more information. The ping tests were a start, but it's too easy to type in the url wrong, and even if you didn't, the number of people who have gotten back to me with data has been too small to base any kind of useful opinion on. At this point, I think it's best to switch tactics and go to automated testing/reporting.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We're going to be building in additional tests in our future updates to report back to us on connection health, errors received, etc so we can determine exactly how many people are having issues, and what kind of issues they're having. That new code won't happen over night, and it definitely won't solve anything immediately, but it will give us more data so we can determine with at least a reasonable level of certainty how many people are having problems, and what problems they're having.&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>I too have had problems all day today, have been playing in offline mode as I get a connection error on game start up.  Every other app is working fine, I can surf using safari etc.  It is only the juju games that state I have no Internet connection.  Used the ping facility on yahoo server adresses and amazon adresses with no packet loss, but on trying your adresses above I received 100% packet loss.  Therefore there is certainly a routing issue with your network adress which you seem reluctant to investigate and would rather blame others.</description>

      <description>I'm usually in a private room and most of the people in there experience server issues. I even made the comment the other day that I had been in a global room and was surprised at how many people were complaining about server issues in there and that it seemed like a pretty universal complaint. The server seems to be down completely at this point now for a few hours. It interrupts play consistently and this is also the only app that I have a problem with. I can understand your frustration Tom but please understand ours as well. You have a pretty loyal crowd here who buys every game you come out with just to be supportive. Most of us don't voice our frustrations in these forums so I believe there are more than just a few that are ecoeriencing these issues. I do not believe it's my connection. As I said before, it's only with the juju apps. Hopefully you will get this fixed. Thanks </description>

      <description>I agree with everyone on here. I wasn't going to waste my time posting bc I figured you would blame it on something else. However I use wifi which I NEVER have problems with. Your game is the only app I have issues with. Thus I can narrow it down that it is a problem on your end. In fact, the game has been down the past several hours and still is down. If you are going to charge for an app it is your responsibility to fix the issues. If it was free I would understand. Basically you should have never started charging until you fixed your server issues. </description>

      <title>Big fingers</title>
      <description>Several times now I've played the wrong card at crucial times because I've tapped slightly off where I wanted too. Its very annoying if you destroy something you or your partner have just set up. Could we have a setup option so that those of use with big fingers could have a confirm option ie clicking tht card pushes it up then tapping the central area plays it?  :0)</description>

What is "_exactly_" what happened to me?&lt;br&gt;2. I really don't need you to tell me I'm having connection problems, the reason I contacted you in the first place is BECAUSE I'm having connection problems and have had since I bought my first game.&lt;br&gt;3. I have not made the statement you referred to and don't care for you insinuating that I did. I told you of my experience and quite frankly don't care about what anyone else has heard at this point.  I'll pass your advice to Jamie back to you:   If you will reread my message you will see that.  &lt;br&gt;4. No, these are not the results I want to hear because I wanted and asked for specific information from you, not a lecture on generalities!&lt;br&gt;5. As to telling people to run the ping test and/or the traceroute I will do so as soon as I get answers from you as to what you want/need from the test information to determine what the problem is.&lt;br&gt;I did not mention to you that the ping also said "no response from host" after every failed transmission, since I didn't know if this was relevant. Would your server would be "host" in this case? That is a question not an accusation, just to be clear. &lt;br&gt;In closing I want to say that instead of being a bit on the hostile side in your correspondence with your customers you should be flattered as can be to have so many people even give a hoot about connecting with your network!  When I see all the requests for help it amazes me. I would think most business people would be flattered by all these people almost begging you to help them get on line to play your games. It does make a great statement for your games and the success of your juju community.
